Roundness Measuring Instruments and Precision Part Measurement Using Three-Coordinate Measuring Machines
Our company is equipped with a Talyrond cylindricality measuring instrument from the UK, which can measure flatness, roundness, cylindricity, and perpendicularity of parts; a high-precision Zeiss three-coordinate measuring machine from Germany, which can measure the symmetry and positional accuracy of hole locations and keyways; as well as a temperature- and humidity-controlled quality inspection laboratory and a full range of imported measuring instruments, enabling us to undertake all types of precision dimensional inspection and measurement.
Dynamic balancing inspection
Our company is equipped with three floor-mounted dynamic balancing machines and an SKF online dynamic balancer, enabling us to perform dynamic balancing inspections on various shafts and spindles. We can handle workpieces with a maximum measured weight of 300 kg and perform correctional dynamic balancing within a speed range up to 30,000 rpm.
